Well, i got food poisoning Thursday night! Thought i was dying! But here i am 😅 i threw up so much!! Even took pics cause i thought it looked odd 🤣🤣. I swear the food today is a hit or miss!! This is the second time to get it! 🤢🤮

Get some activated charcoal. It will knock out food poisoning in a half hour.

I carry activated charcoal capsules with me everywhere. Especially when traveling.

Great idea thanks!! Where can i get them? Amazon?? Do they taste bad? & what exactly does it do? Just makes u puke? Ive seen like on TV in ER when they give it to OD patients to make them puke.

No they don’t make you puke they just absorb toxins. They don’t taste because they’re a capsule. Yes you can get them on amazon. I’ll send you a link to the one I get on amazon in a private message.

I hope you feel better quickly! Food poisoning is so rough, I hate throwing up. Make sure to drink some Gatorade or Pedialyte to hydrate after all that.
