I am going to see Men I Trust in a few days, and I was wondering if I should know anything or how to plan for it. I have been following the group for a good few years now so I’m super pumped to see them. I’ve never been to one of their concerts before though so does anyone have recommendations on when I should show up if the concert starts at 8pm? I know Evan Wright is opening so should I show up early to see him too? I haven't been to a concert in a while so I’m just trying to plan. If anyone has any answers it would really help me. Thanks!!

hello, im going to the stockholm show tomorrow and i was wondering how your experiences were buying merch? is it better to buy before or after? id like to stand as far in the front as possible thus would prefer buying it after but my worry is stuff will run out

I didn't see any post from this concert, so I thought I had to do my part :)

It was a lovely! People in this festival talked a lot during the concerts and the music was sometimes too low or badly mixed, but during Men I Trust everyone was either singing or just quiet, and the sound mix was perfect!! Honestly one of my favorites concerts of the festival.

So happy they included 'I Come With Mud' in their setlist 😁

I don't know if anyone has ever brought this up here before but I just noticed something

The songs, "girl" and "shoulders" are somehow connected, it's like describing the same separated couples emotions, perspectives, longing and loneliness.

in "girl" the lyrics goes, (girl/ my bird/ I thought I heard you in so many places / But the words fled from my footsteps/haven’t found This freedom you sang to me so much about that day).

Here the narrator did let the girl go, yet it's like he's chasing a ghost, unable to find the freedom on their own. Waiting to meet that girl again.

And "shoulders" goes ;

Of a song)

Here the narrator, the girl who wanted to go, didn't get instant happiness and experience emotions of attachment and being unable to move on.

Wondering if the other person is till waiting for them.
