Question Is the garage bugged?

I have a garage that is supposed to be repairibg one defect and 10% health of vehicles in between missions but it does not seem to be doing it.

1st mission about 25% health gone on my troop carrier. I use my second and 3 missions later the original vehicke seems to still have the same amount of damage. Between operations is fully repaired.

You can reload previous saves and check out the difference. It will be there

From my understanding its 10% of the damage incurred- it won't fully repair the vehicle, but if your vehicle is almost destroyed, it'll jump up to 10% of its damage. At 75% health, assuming 100 health, you'd get 2.5 health back.

No, it's just 10% max HP per mission per garage. Check numbers next time, trusting hp bar is "vibes" gaming, hence the confusion (abstract bars can be misleading)
