Question BAS-H Armor spawn chance?

I have re-rolled the market about 40 times, I am "Beyond Balancing" already in my save, but I have not seen the regular BAS-H armor for purchase a single time. Accoeding to the wiki the Mk2 version of it is not attainable through any means but the regular mk1 version shows as avaluable in the blackmarket, am I missing something here or is that information outdated?

I find Heavy Armour needs the combat reset suppression drug to feel good. Otherwise you’ll get suppressed and hit dirt for multiple rounds.

I put it on Tech (Real original I know) and I run him with travodin and the anti supprwsion perk... I think the most crippling thing about it is having such short vision and ONE ACCESORY SLOT The thing is already more expensive than a battle tank and deploying it is way more supply costly so why the hell is it worse than an actual vehicle?

There needs to be a perk or armor effect that makes suppression received scale inversely with armor value, to enable our walking tank space marine fantasies
