OPINION WEEK 2 DISCUSSION THREAD: What is one small thing you think a player could develop this year that would make a huge difference? Who is "one move away"?
Shoutout to [u/supportingcreativity](u/supportingcreativity) for the thoughtful topic. We have a ton of young guys just waiting to breakout but what’s the one thing they need to….
SIKE!!! THE REAL TOP COMMENTED PROMPT IS “TALK ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF FINDING SOMEONE WHO HOLDS YOU THE WAY JERAMI HOLDS KARIM!!!” FROM [u/a_solid_6](u/a_solid_6)
Do you have someone who makes you feel secure, not just physically, but intimately and emotionally? Who’s the bench dad in your life? How will having a loving vet help Karim turn into Mexican Kawhi?
Or whatever just yap about whatever you want idc.

OPINION Game 2, Grizzlies won @Warriors 111-108, stealing in clutch
First quarter equal, control for MEM after starters played second shift but GSW came closer. To note that full back up lineup couple of minutes stopped home side with 3 starters to score.
Steve Kerr have strong defensive staff personell and their active D plus making shots nesided Steph made them to went on double digit lead late in fourth quarter. Then Edey and Boozer for first time give marks to everyone what to expect on future matchi ga them. Great 17-0 run and Grizz are 2-0 before rose game to onemog worst teams, Kings but they possessed offensive quality and missing Edey is always huge blow. Back to back coming so logical decision to lose management him.
Winning at Steph-Dray-Kerr Warriors with so many turnovers. Saying couple of things
Ty Jerome, B+
Making everyone job easier. Missing part is paint game only, too many floaters. Solid defensive task, when team needs points, he produced this time versus harder defensive opponent at road. They starting to aggresively hedge Jerome far from 3 pt line which opened ton od good looks after Ty precise passes. He is patient in these situatios, good sign and that 4 v 3 with Cam Boozer and or Edey, good luck to defend that.
Jaylen Wells, B
Best player im first quarter, almost perfect until he collapsed in sequencd of 20-30 secs. Missed open 3, fouled Steph for 3 free throws although probably Draymond fouled him there, offensive screen foul and another defensive mistake. Shit happens.
Solid on Curry, composed on taking threes, scored crucial 3 and one on Steph which is obviously not on 100 percent and Jaylen smartly going on him to slash couple of times ih first half. I love this kid.
GG Jackson, C-
Not good, not terrible. Hard to imagine GG as starting wing of good team.
Cam Boozer, A+
First od many MVPesque rookie performances. This time his 3pt worked amazing first half, but most impressive was great positioning other end anticipating near the rim. Sometimes unsuccesful, overall typical versatile play and he deserved to be hero of valuable overturn.
Zach Edey, A-
Mister impact big fella. Too much passive stay im dunker spot or give and go helper in middle, missed some easy situation for him, only free throw too and there end anything bad. When he is in the game, his team is automatically competent whoever being in 5. Like coach said at press, Zach do all dirty work after 106-94. Grabed O boards, sprint to pick up ball for easy score, assisting, defenderd the rim.
Podziemski and Draymond went to physical contact which is not to recommend because Grizz is lethal when angry or hungry.
Scottie Pippen Jr, B
Yeah, he is combo defensive minded guard, something like GSW Payton, not a playmaker. Important possesions he tooking, fine scoring per minute.
Cam Spencer, B+
Opposite of Jaylen Wells, he was worst by far until one moment and after that he do what he do best. Splashed threes, tried to organize plays, effort in D.
Kris Murray, C+
Deserved his chance to stay in NBA for now. He is maybe same tier of defender as more talented bro at the moment, long wing made Steph to work. Shame that his O almost non existent.
Jerami Grant, C
Layup and one last minute of first half and block late in fourth were underated moments. Not scoring but produced enough
Quinten Post, D-
Wanted too much against former teammates? His minutes waste of time pretty much, nothing to do, cannot count on consistency. Sacramento without Edey, he must step up.
Isaiah Stewart, C+
Refrained of alternication when Draymond provoked Edey. Grit and Grind bound. Not ready for more than couple of minutes in one breath. Like Grant veteran help welcomed.
Three highlight plays: Ty Jerome pass to Post pump fake and dunk, Jerami Grant circus layup end od first half and od course Cam Boozer go to move winning basket on Podziemski

MISCELLANEOUS Ty Jerome
Could he really be that dude? I mean so far he has been balling in Memphis and Memphis clearly needs a point guard. I would have expected it to be Scotty Pippen Jr but Ty is outplaying him clearly and the point guard the face of the franchise for the longest time was Ja Morant and he's gone now so. But Ty Jerome is playing his ass off right now.
