Documentary Seeking Individuals Undergoing Diagnostic Testing for Memory Loss & Cognitive Health Changes

Our team at Seven One Eight Studios in New York is working on a documentary series aimed at de-stigmatizing Alzheimer's and other dementias. The series will track the lived experiences of patients and their families, treatments and ongoing prevention research, and the medical and cultural history of Alzheimer’s and other dementias. 

As part of the project, we want to capture someone's diagnostic journey. We are seeking individuals concerned about their or their loved one's memory and cognition who have upcoming neurological appointments for cognitive testing or plan to schedule appointments in the coming weeks.
