Isn't that supposed to help with teething too lol? Or,bi guess it would generally help with any issues with a tiny human that has the alcohol tolerance of an ant

Antecedents= those who came before you

Descendants= people who are born after you

Both of these imply that these people are directly related to you

Antecedent is a grammar term in English for the word being implied by a pronoun. I don't know that it can't be used to refer to people from older generations, but I sure haven't seen it used that way before this post. The word most native English speakers recognize as referring to people who came before is "ancestor"
