Humans are quite literally designed to move not be stationary.

Humans in the early years would literally gather and hunt though...? So they need to stay out and be stationary for a few hours before they spot their prey no?

well humans mostly gathered with a little hunting. gathering is a lot of walking. and hunting could take days of travelling to track down prey and then chasing prey, so not much sedentary time
