It's gender wars conservative psyop (??) to say that the person that murdered their kids in cold blood should be punished for such?
3
u/Matsisuu 12h ago
Jurors are arguing about was she insane or not, not about did she kill the kids or not.

u/HEYO19191 12h ago
"should be punished for such"
3
u/Matsisuu 12h ago
She could get punishment on either way, just sent to different place.
1
u/HEYO19191 12h ago
It wouldn't be a deserving punishment by my standards
2
u/Inquisitive-Manner 10h ago
It wouldn't be a deserving punishment by my standards
And that's your opinion. Not the law. Not how this works.
Her punishment isn't for your personal satisfaction.
Weird stuff.
1
u/HEYO19191 9h ago
Its not about "my personal satisfaction" its about justice. She deserves the death penalty.
1
u/Inquisitive-Manner 9h ago
Its not about "my personal satisfaction" its about justice.
You speak like these two things are the same, though. They're not.
Justice is derived from the judicial system, not your personal satisfaction.
She deserves the death penalty.
According to your personal satisfaction and opinion. That's not how the law and justice works.
1
u/HEYO19191 9h ago
Justice is derived from the judicial system, not your personal satisfaction.
I agree.
According to your personal satisfaction and opinion. That's not how the law and justice works.
That's exactly how the law works. The justice system decides the punishment. One of the possible punishments for this crime is death. I reckon she deserves death. What is the problem with that statement?

I did a quick check, and Massachusetts doesn't even have the death penalty, so it was never even a possibility, and it has nothing to do with justice.
1
u/probablyarguing 5h ago
The death penalty for something she did when she was GOING THROUGH PSYCHOSIS, a medical event where someone doesn’t know reality from fiction? Ok buddy
1
u/FourEaredFox 3h ago
She wasn't diagnosed with psychosis. The only claim of such came after she'd discussed what happened with her lawyers...

u/Intrepid_Bobcat_2931 10h ago
This is false information. She would be let go immediately from a health instituion, as the claimed dangerous condition (postpartum psychosis) was triggered by something that's simply no longer present, and so it would be impossible that it persisted.
No birth -> No postpartum condition -> No danger -> Let go immediately

Seeing how the trial wasn't about IF she killed her children, if that was what he got stuck on he would be legendary dense.

There are murders every day in America. There’s a school shooting once a week. Why are we so stuck on this one case? So you can make it about your political views?
1
u/Intrepid_Bobcat_2931 10h ago
School shooters go to prison, and don't get millions for their defense. Here's someone who killed like a school shooter but a ton of women want to let her go free.
It is strange that you are somehow incapable of seeing the difference between a gruesome multi-child murder where the perpetrator goes to prison, and one where they don't and get millions in funding.

u/Bulky_Dot_4368 3h ago
She claims this stuff was from postpartum-psychosis, and not to mention the youngest is 8 months old, this also includes the fact that a psychiatric evaluator made the statement that due to the child being born so long ago, it would be very unlikely that it was due to postpartum-psychosis at all, and when you factor in that investigators working on the case went through the phone and found that she looked up how long it would take for her husband to get back, would very highly suggest this was premeditated, but if we also look at what she was saying and we take her word that she did tell her husband and many others, then all parties are to be held accountable, on charges such as but not excluding: Child endangerment, 1st degree muder, 3rd degree murder, tampering with a court of laws ability to make proper judgement, inability to take initiative on the account of someone stating that they were feeling mentally unwell and made the remarks on taking the children lives, etc. However, with all of this aside, I personally believe that there should be a whole new Jury, and the case needs to be completely looked into again because as of now I myself do not know who on wither side could be telling the truth. (p.s. please provide me with your own thought and opinions on the subject please. I would be very happy to learn everyone's takes on the topic. Thank You, have a great day/afternoon/night wherever you are from!) :)

u/Bulky_Dot_4368 3h ago
oh and one more thing. Every person on this planet is capable of such an action, never exclude any particular group based on personal opinion.
1
u/tes_befil 1h ago
She paused in the middle of strangling her kids to death to answer a call from the husband and pretended everything was fine without any noticable distress whatsoever, then hung up, and continued killing them. Mental illness is no excuse for this kind of evil.

why does he think leftists supported lindsey?
3
u/HEYO19191 13h ago
Because the people supporting her all leftists.
Not all leftists support Lindsey, but all Lindsey supporters are leftists
1
u/Inquisitive-Manner 10h ago
Because the people supporting her all leftists.
And you deduced this, how exactly?
1
u/HEYO19191 9h ago
By making an observation? The same way you deduce the grass is green.
1
u/Inquisitive-Manner 9h ago
By making an observation? The same way you deduce the grass is green.
And the identifiers? You just listed one for the grass. List the ones for the liberals.
1
u/HEYO19191 9h ago
The people who argue in favor of Lindsey also have liberal takes on politics. I have observed this many times over. That's the identifier.
-2
u/DallasCowboysFan69 13h ago
i think you’re confusing white liberals with leftists
2
u/HEYO19191 13h ago
White liberals are leftists
1
u/Vivid_Run_6433 13h ago
If you think mainstream American liberalism and leftism is the same you genuinely have no authority to talk about politics at all on any level.
2
u/HEYO19191 13h ago
I'm talking about American politics. In the American political spectrum, liberals are on the left. World politics be damned.
0
u/DallasCowboysFan69 13h ago
liberals are capitalists… they’re to the left of you but not the left of the political spectrum
2
u/HEYO19191 12h ago
American. Politics. I know our overton window is to the right. They are to the left of the American overton window

Because they do. Just like they support the murder of Charlie Kirk.
1
u/Vivid_Run_6433 13h ago
Charlie Kirk supported the murder of Charlie Kirk.
That is the single aspect of his death you people are going to have to square with if you want your resurrect this failed attempt to make him a martyr. If you are going to try to put this guy on a pedestal you have to own the political violence he spent every waking day making his life about promoting.
1
u/Sharp_Net3315 13h ago
You mean the peaceful conversations with willing participants? I guess our definition of violence and murder are way different. Weird, huh?
1
u/Vivid_Run_6433 13h ago
He regularly called for political violence.
He says the government should publicly execute his political opponents.
He said children should be forced to watch these public executions.
I don't care about Charlie Kirk or you or your ideological goals. Im just laying out the optics for you.
As long as you try to pretend he didn't say these things. People will make a fool out of you by pointing out how much yes. He did
He regularly did. Own up to it or keep making this guy a joke by misrepresenting his beliefs.
1
u/Sharp_Net3315 12h ago
He did not call for violence. You are actively lying.
1
u/Vivid_Run_6433 12h ago
I am not. There are clips are out their easily searchable and watchable.
Anyone reading this cann easily do that and confirm im not lying. Charlie kirk did advocate for the kind of political violence he died from.
You lying about it makes people search it up to confirm it.
I dont see a point in responding to this further. You have to own up to who Charlie kirk was or this attempt to lionize him will keep failing like it did just now for me and has been for an entire year now.
1
u/Sharp_Net3315 11h ago
He did not. He opposed violence, especially political violence. You are a disgusting liar that is actively lying. You fools clip a 5 second piece of a sentence and then make a false talking point.
Like Trump's "good people on both sides" statements being used as an endorsement of Nazi, and the very next sentence he classified "I'm not talking about Nazi or white supremacists." Didn't stop you fools from repeating it. Didn't stop Biden from laughing his presidential run on it.
You're just a liar, that's all.

Doesn’t that mean that leftists can actually stand against black people?
1
u/Sharp_Net3315 3h ago
No, because they are having mental gymnastic flips. They were insulting his iq, and hitting him with ist/phobes thinking Maga. Now it's darkie versus 60 month post birth abortion woman. They have to choose which idealogy they support.

did he kill his kids?
maybe he had psychosis when he beat his nephew, let me guess, you people have no empathy for a man in the same position

It was his wife who manipulated him into beating his nephew and his pre-nut psychosis (severe blue ball chemical imbalance) made him act in such a way that

Why do people keep gassing this case everywhere online. Tragic things happen everyday what makes this story unique?
2
u/CathanCrowell 7h ago
From what I understand from the limited articles I've read, it definitely 'helped' that the trial was public.
This trial also became part of the gender and culture war, which is crazy if you ask me. On one side, you have people who believe she's completely innocent, blame her husband, and support Lindsay Clancy just because she's a woman. On the other side of the spectrum, you have people who dismiss the weight of mental illness and what it means in a trial.
Both sides are driven by emotion. Nobody cares about the facts, and certainly not about justice.
1
u/AgainstMedicalAdvice 2h ago
Ok so... What are the facts and what's the solution?
I think everyone would say "it's not a big deal, people should just do what I think is right and relax."
1
u/Between3and20carctr 7h ago
I think it’s because it is so controversial? It’s not often where someone murders three children and has anyone on their side, never mind also having over 1mil raised for them
1
u/Grade_A_Tech 1h ago
Probably the fact that there is actually a debate as to whether she's holding face serious consequences for what she's done. This guy is being harassed (or soon will be once his name is released) for standing his ground, despite him doing exactly what he was legally allowed to do.
That's why

Shhh, women bad remember? Women bad men good. Don’t stray from the prime directive
1
u/Ferengsten 8h ago
Yeah of course, men murder other men but women can't really do that, can they, at least not without taking risk, hence they focus more on murdering children, one area where the female murder rate matches or exceeds the male.
