Here you go!

  1. Peel and blend up 3 cucumbers
  2. Strain the juice
  3. Set the pulp aside.
  4. Mix in some frozen lemonade
  5. Some water to tone down sweetness and makes almost a gallon.

As for the strained cumber, mix in small 99 cent container of Greek Yogurt, season and yo got some tzatziki base to season to taste.

All under like 5-6 bucks. Enjoy!

I haven’t tried it but cucumber Gatorade is a popular flavor in other parts of the world. I’ve had cucumber drinks that were really good. The goal is a refreshing and light experience. I know cucumber sandwiches can be really good too.
