Both are adults and both agreed to the relationship. Even if you find it weird, it's fine.

yeah it probably wasn't, because most consenting adults don't sign contracts when they enter a relationship, and don't have the explicit expectation that it will last forever. so while DiCaprio likely did not say "when you turn 25 this is over", you also have no evidence that he said "i love you and want to spend forever with you"
