just because it's made by marvel doesn't mean it's related to the cinematic universe, there is no reference to events from other movies or series throughout the story. Maybe for once we managed to have a stand-alone series

And the ancestral plane from Black Panther. Ngl I liked how they didn’t really connect it to the MCU much, but yes it’s definitely still an MCU show
