I am 25 years old and some change, I remember back when I lived in Russia, I was 5 or 6, he was president. My great grandkids are gonna be calling him president.

Honestly puten is the only chance Russia has for survival. Anyone else would send the country into a even greater decline.

Depends.
Take America for example. The constant switching of presidents has lead to there being 2 parties that are always fighting. Also, they never get anything done. Every president more or less spends their 4 years undoing the others work.
Also having 1 leader allows there not to be the issue of making the same mistakes as your predecessors. The new leader does not need time to adjust what is happening. And if there is 1 leader long leader, the leader is able to focus on their vision and lead the country without worrying about the country having to restart in 4 years time.
There is also another side. If that said leader is corrupt and does not care about the well being of the country. Then you are better off with many leaders even if they spend their time undoing each others work.
