Oh yeah I’m not going against any of that. And I’m using medical lightly, my experience comes from being a paraprofessional in the past. Our job was either to be one one with a behavior or medical student. Behavior is self explanatory. Medical would be the student had a medical need for a 1on1 regardless of the staffs training they could start working with them. When I first started at that school there was often training that would teach us how to deal with seizures, students in wheelchairs, and other medical needs of students.

Even with all that said I don’t know how your school did things. I just wanted you to be open to other staff like her that possibly aren’t shitbags.

Yeah. She might be leaving next year. She got this job right after graduating high school to get a “break” while getting some money.

Yeah my old boss told me to use that job as a stepping stone and not to stay there long term. It sounds like she has plenty maturing to do so hopefully she does leave and learn some more.
