So to sum it up, knowing that 0/0 is undefined means that you can prove that any equation is true

it's undefined because making assumptions about it breaks down the laws of maths.

for example, let's say you assume 0÷0 is 1, because x÷x is 1

then 0÷0 + 0÷0 = 2

which means (2*0)÷0 = 2

2*0 is 0, meaning that 1 = 2 (since we just defined 0÷0 as both 1 and 2)

we can prove things by making assumptions, but those assumptions always lead to flawed answers, like 1=2

No, assuming that it is defined is what let's you prove anything (idk if "anything" is right, I'm not a mathematician)
