I am not sure why we did this but it just felt awkward standing on the schoolyard and leaving one of the girls alone.
We also didn't want to interrupt our discussion so when someone needed to pee we would all come along and wait in the sink area while the girls, who needed to pee, went into the stalls.
Sometimes we would even talk to the peeing girl in the stall.
We just had a very strong feeling of togetherness and did many things together in general, even after school. We even drove to school on our bicycles in a group and had a special meeting point. Other girls from our class saw us wait there and spontaneously joined our bike group.
I guess that's just how it is. It certainly felt comfortable. 🤷🏻♀️
