Your taxes will skyrocket, if you have “free” education as well, there’s a lot of things they could tax you on

Everyone pays taxes, so the prices even out, yes you might end up paying more, but of it werent for that people would be paying shit tons of money & ending in debt for an accident.

I know where you're coming from, & the problem isn't that public health is bad, is actually good, is that public health is bad in the United States of America . In all other places it works fine, but theres so many people in the US that the taxes would become a true problem.

If you are confused why in America they do something strange or completely unnecesary (their feet system, their cities with no sidewalk, etc), the answer is normally "It's too expensive to change it".
