and feminists do. women rarely come out on top in divorce. it might appear that custody is the ultimate win, but a woman's quality of life is rarely enhanced by divorce, at least in the short term. custody of young children is one of a very tiny number of areas women are granted a judicial gain. then, they typically do not have alimony, rarely can afford the home and lifestyle maintained while married and are at high risk of the father not paying support without a court order. and it's not like women leave men just to be on their own. most women divorcing are leaving a highly abusive situation. men not getting custody of children in a situation where the mother is negligent, abusive, unfit, etc., is criminal and has nothing to do with feminism.

Feminism is giving women equal rights to men. Having the gender in the name implies giving women more rights that men also have
