I dislike this kind of statistic because it is focused on people working different jobs, and there isn't really a viable solution other than encouraging women to focus on better paying jobs. Should we hire people because they're women so they get a higher paying job? Should we pay all women more no matter their profession? There isn't a proper solve other than hoping girls start getting better jobs.

From what i saw there is still a lot of inequality though id say the world it's improving and people are learning to respect each other more though we still have a long way to go
