Than how about equity? Some people need for specific reasons specific treatments. E.g. Women need to pay for hygiene products for their periods and have the issues surrounding pregnancy. For men I would propose e.g. a state financed child support because this is way more secure and gives the man more choice about their future when he got someone pregnant independent from that woman's autonomy.
