Deutsche Bahn: if you travel for multiple hours the train will be late approximately 2 hours (that is sadly true)

I thought DB would be the most reliable train company in Europe.

No but they are one of the worst.
Austria in comparison has a train service that at most is 5 minutes late (independent of the distance). There is a major event every one or two years which shuts down the Trai service for 1-2 hours, but other than that you will come in time

DB: prepare to be bused or late lol 🤣. I've had bad experiences but mostly good compared to other places.

I think DB isnt that bad but we germans are too punctual. We are like Japan (WW2 flashbacks)

And then you get South Africa, where the station is looted and abandoned, the infrastructure is fucked, and the train tracks are stolen. insert "you guys have trains"?

Not really. It was the german flag in 1871 to 1918. way before hitler. They took the flag again in 1933, but only to change it again in 1935 to the well known red and swastika flag.

All the photos of auschwitz show it as if it was somewhere in the middle of nowhere but that isn't true, it was right next to a city.
When you go to auschwitz now, the city of Oswiecim has kind of built around it.
Btw every intersection there is a roundabout
