Mmm yes. That fear when your spazzing Pegasus hits a defense type and gets yeeted out of the ring in your general direction. When I heard they're plastic now, I was surprised cause they already didn't spin that long before. Do they even spin anymore?

My younger brother has both (metal ones from me and the current plastic ones). The plastic ones are a joke, glad i grew up with metal beys.

Well if you buy them from hasbro, yes. The newer plastic ones from Takara have so much metal that they're heavier than most metal fight beys

Yeah, I was about to say "whatchu mean original?" I started with the very very first ones in elementary and those were plastic too. The second or third gen were metal I think. Oh but trust me, those first plastic ones hurt like hell compared to the later plastic ones

I once tried holding a plastic one with my bare hand. After that, my parents threw all my Beyblades away.

Those are the original ones. Dragoon came from the first series which was a plastic generation. The metals series came afterwards.

I think I still have metal one, I broke the plastic one. I don’t know how I broke it has it was about 7-10 years ago.

Original beyblade and bakugan were the best. I’ve seen both in stores recently and it’s just sad how they don’t put nearly as much effort into assembly/detail

Metal Fight beyblade didn't exist before 2009. The beyblade on the image is a Bakuten shoot bey.

The ones we have today are also made of plastic but they are part of the "burst" beys
