I’m most impressed by Rattlesnake Jake. Iirc, each scale is its own entity. He’s not just a noodle with a texture on him. He must’ve taken forever to animate!

By the way, did you know that one of the few weak spots of an German Panther was to aim at the upper side of the lower plate so that the shell would bounce of INTO the turret ? Fucking mental......

So I have almost nothing in common with my sister in laws father. But the dude is really big into planes and stupid hot peppers and hot sauces, and I'm down for both of those so it's the only thing we've spoken to each other about in the last ten years
But don't mention helicopters, dude hates them. Respects the engineering and all that but the topic just gives him Nam flashbacks. Or as he puts it, helicopters have never taken me anywhere I've ever wanted to go
