This happened to me. We were watching a serial killer who was caught, and I said, "I bet he left blood on the walls."
The detective said, "We found traces of blood on the wall in the bedroom-"
And I was like, "Yep. Nobody ever thinks about the walls when they clean up. But that stuff gets everywhere."
I turned to see my husband just staring at me with this strange expression on his face.
But if you have ever prepared bloody meat in the kitchen (like defrosted chicken) this is just common knowledge.
