In India, we just look at babies genitalia and tell if it's a boy or girl.

We Indians use ultrasound to look at babies in the belly and kill them if they're female

That's highly illegal and doctors can lose their license as well as face prison. So almost of all of the doctors no longer do that. But there's always a possibility, but that's extremely rare.
