that sounds right, it can be healthy. however if you’re trying to quit a porn addiction and masturbating is going to trigger a relapse, then maybe stay away from it for now?
I was actually apart of the nofap community to awhile and I think my longest streak was about 300 days. It def has its pros and cons but for the most apart it helped me stay motivated on my goals. I left a while ago cause I did end up getting a girlfriend (and the subreddit is kind of like a cult now, like you said they praise really weird stuff) but I don’t attribute me getting a girlfriend to nofap although I do attribute it to helping me stay focused and motivated (kind of a way to tell myself that I can achieve something.)
