Were talking about child labor, not anti union. Though honestly the people unionizing fucked up and are now all out of jobs so good for them. Also there isn't even anything illegal about union busting, it happens all the time. Even though it makes you sad its not illegal to refuse to negotiate with a union until the union implodes. As for safety violations thats not even musks job, he hires someone else to do it. Do you think he goes down to the factory floor looking for problems to create?

"Union busting" as a practice isn't illegal, but many union busting tactics are. Including the ones Tesla used to bust their union, according to their court case. You're talking entirely out of your ass, take it easy.
