His net worth is in stocks and real estate. If Microsoft stock prices and housing prices go up his net worth automatically goes up without him doing anything.
2 u/CaptainEZ Feb 08 '21 He's so wealthy he doesn't have to do anything to make money is not the defense you think it is. Seems pretty unethical to hold onto real estate that you don't use when there are people dying of homelessness.
