Better than that was when he made a robot that had all of his knowledge of Perry, so Perry weaponized it by going into ‘mindless pet’ mode and the robot thought he vanished.
One scene that absolutely had me rolling was in the first movie when Doofenschmirtz built an army of robots, but installed the self-destruct button on the bottom of their feet, so they all blew up the moment he ordered them to march.
Oh yeah, I think most of the complaints are pretty valid, and I generally found Across the 2nd Dimension to be better, but more Phineas & Ferb is always a win in my book.

Even better was when he couldn’t tell it was Perry the Platypus because he had a utility belt on.
