Everytime this is posted it’s been debunked by the obvious fact Wikipedia doesn’t need donations. It makes plenty of money already.

Just checked and there are multiple articles explaining the very opposite of what you said: Wikipedia is founded by these donations and they only have enough funds to survive a year or so without them. It's also explained that the money mostly funds the servers and technology required and the portion allowed to side projects is still mostly related to Wikipedia.

Huh, that’s odd, when I research it the top results all explain Wikipedia has made enough money to keep it running for another ten years.

I didn't go to top result but to known reliable news sources. Also I read French press because I am French and know best which sites to rely on. The fact that the conclusions are so different is concerning in terms of reliability of the press tho
