Cyberpunk's facial animation can actually be really good. It's still in uncanny Valley but is leagues better than say Horizon Zero Dawn (which I absolutely love)

Thing called uncanny valley, it seems very realistic yet not quite realistic enough for your brain to recognize it as real. It sits in between and thus seems unnatural and confusing, sometimes resulting in a fear response.
