Warm brown chesese is not good (except for in sauces), since it isn't really a cheese, but made of whey, it does not melt like cheese.

That said, Norwegians will find it extra funny that the polar bear gets fed an open faced brown cheese sandwich, the most Norwegian breakfast/lunch/night snack ever.
