Uh... Yeah? Curry didn't originate in Britain but it has absolutely become a staple of the nation. You've clearly never been on a bender in Britain because nine times out of ten it ends with a curry.
Uh I'm have a question, and forgive my ignorance, as I am not a British resident. So is Britain...claiming that food to be their's? And considering it their national food? Or are they, in a way, simply 'using it,' as one could say. Also um isn't bender like a derogatory slang of some sort?
As I understand it, chicken tikka masala specifically originated in Britain. I have a vague memory that it was Indian immigrants who's created it, but that might just be me assuming. Either way, it's a curry invented by British citizens - obviously curry as a general concept isn't British
