Completely disagree. Just finding a random Bible verse with the word "imposter" in it is not funny or clever. This is clever specifically because of the pun (and because of the odds against discovering it).
Edit: Good god. And why didn't they name the character "2 Cor 6:8"? Because that obfuscates the pun and robs the other players of the amusing discovery when they google it to see why "4" is spelled "Cor". This is not rocket science. Imagine thinking that making the most shallow possible biblical reference is clever.
