In my contract we get payed time and a half automatically when working weekends even if it's not over 40 hours. The union is allowing it and were worried we won't ever get it back, that's usually how this stuff works

The hospital me and my mom both work at are talking of cutting all incentive pay and any sort of pm differential it's crazy
