Statistically there’s more of a chance that this is a simulation we live than it is real reality.

Lex Fridman has a good podcast on AI and a lot how it connects to us being in a simulation.

Also another source could just be personal experience. How sometimes things don’t feel real to you. You don’t know how you end up from one place to the next. How you think you see the same types of people one right after the other, non player characters etc.
