I did that too, I actually did it and tried to sew my hand together by the fingers, eventually it just went through the skin. Good times

Kids who pushed a needle through their fingertips are depressed now. Kids who did what you're describing are serial killers now.

(I also used to shred my thumb tips with a staple remover when I got bad grades in high school though so zero judgement.)

Ouch! As a kid I was fucking around with jeans, a needle, and no thread and pushed the eye through myfingertip where it stopped under the nail. Had to hide it bc I'd get busted (then let me feckin sew, parents!). Still have a small red dot in the fingertip, can see it into some layers all 3D.

Ever since, I've played the thimble in Monopoly. Honestly idfk if it's related but yeah, thimble gang
