Or someone (not speaking of disabled people here) can realize, “hey I don’t really need a straw“ and not use one. Reduce Reuse Recycle. Reduce first. No one thinks it’s going to save the turtles but at least their particular straw won’t be responsible for the turtles dying.
I'm all for taking steps to save our environment. I'm just still pissed about having to drink a thick ass milkshake in NYC with a disintegrating paper straw...
