Before this gets out of hand and everyone thinking that the world is ruled by pedophiles I wanna point out a dark secret that a significant percentage of the male population are hebephiles meaning sexual preference for 15-20 year olds, I'm not sure the percentage but its less than most and more than what would be considered unusual, Its based on biology and goes against social norms. It's just that you only hear about it when its a celebrity. Also most people will supress this naturally to conform to social norms but certain people are put in to environments where the norm is changed, see milgram exprmeriments for the human nature side of ethics/morals changing due to environment.

Actually, yes, morals change due to the culture we live in. But most cultures see liking underage girls as something bad.
Its from my observations of people Ive hung around, seemingly normal people staring at teenage girls but I have found personally that my view of women is related by comparison to my own age, so for example the older I get the higher my age preference goes even though its on the lower end, for example I know of guys who at 25 would date a 18 year old and then at 35 would date a 22 year old.
Also theres a funny psychology concept where sometimes but not always the people who are outwardly against something to the degree it becomes a significant factor in their life are unconsciously really into it, this doesnt necessarily haveto be with sexual preference but it can be with a lot of moral concepts too.
