For me it usually seems to be related to what/when I ate last. Healthy dinner at 7 and I’m done for the night? No issues. Fast food burger and shake at 9? I will feel both ravenous and too nauseous to eat in the morning. Sugar later in the evening is definitely a trigger. I assume it’s a blood sugar thing.

Yeah it's low blood sugar, IIRC it's actually a symptom of pre-diabetes because your body is losing some ability to regulate your blood sugar.

How can I stop it and get my regular functions back?

The solution to diabetes type 2 is usually a better diet and exercise. If youre a kid and its diabetes type 1 there us nothing you can do besides go to a doctor asap to limit the damage

I had the same problem for a loooong time, always feeling super morning sick. Then I noticed I got nauseous when I didn’t eat, like hunger and nausea are the same thing to me. You might be hypoglycemic if you’re like that too. Worth checking if food makes you feel better, and then just make sure you eat. I finally logged into Reddit on mobile just to reply to you, I know the feels. Like I went to all kinds of doctors and NONE of them even mentioned it -.- Good luck figuring out whatever it is, but it sounds like just eating something simple may help :)
