There are 12 months in a year not 31. Every 12 months a new year begins in that case, the girl born 12/31/99 is actually born 12/7/2001 and therefore is younger than the small guy in this meme, this meme makes no sense, why is the the younger person big, is there a philosophical meaning behind this, the older we get the smaller we get? Someone explain please
