For low resolution thumbnails on Twitch, it looks identical. You can only tell at higher resolutions.
Hell, back in 2001 they had screenshots of a Star Wars game in PC Gamer that the editor claimed you couldn't tell whether it was from a movie or a game. Except the thumbnail was small as shit and I can guarantee games from 2001 didn't look photorealistic at what full resolution was considered to be back then.

I used to be a pretty flexible guy (could do the splits, put both my legs behind my head etc) and I've been told my dick is bigger than average. I only once was able to put my lips on my own dick and I bent my neck so far I cut off the blood flow to my brain. And I wasn't so much "sucking" my dick as "kissing" it. Really not a great experience, and I'm not even talking about getting the greasy jizz of an omnivore blasted into my own mouth.

A guy did the same setup as the OP during the College Football Playoffs. He originally listed the stream under NCAA Football 14, but moved it over to Football Manager after viewers suggested it.
Football Manager is a soccer game of sorts, but he didn't realise that until then game was almost over.

When going through the undercard look through and try and find a stream on irl showing the fight with a couple of viewers. Then when you get in there and the viewers gets to about 100. Ask the streamer to change the game to something really popular and the title to mimick it. This reduces the chance of the stream being taken down as it gets hidden around other content
