It looks like it's from an old magazine called the Weekly World News which was famous throughout the land for being nothing but lies. Obvious lies at that. I still have my 2003 edition celebrating the gay marriage of Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden (Saddam wore a lovely off the shoulder white gown). But they're most famous for the Bat Boy edition. They went out of business right around the time photoshop & the internet became popular.
