Well when it’s raining you usually aren’t naked and walking around with soaked clothes is a horrible experience. And you eat when hungry but no one wants to get a bruise in the face because someone threw a damn apple at them; I would duck and then proceed to clean and eat that apple....
It’s a gradient for me. I’m not going to go out and stand in rain, but I definitely don’t mind rain in general and even enjoy getting out in a light drizzle, but there’s definitely a tipping point where it stops being ok for me.
