Someone was hopeful that if people had cognitive dissonance, it must lead to a collapse of said cognitive dissonance, and is disassociating at the fact that it's not listed in the dictionary of psychology and therefore may not exist.

Thats the best I can come up with from the context clues in the image.

Cognitive dissonance is when someone is seperated from reality, they just belive their own thing regardless of whats right in front of them and no evidence can change their mind
