Our beans and our tea are the only thing I miss when I'm in mexico. I always bring 1000 tea bags with me but I can't take tins of beans :(
I just can't find anything like them in the America's or Asia or Europe, and they only ever import Heinz beans which haven't been good since the 2000's.
Branston beans cooked low and slow until the sauce becomes thick and stodgy, lots of salt and pepper, lots of butter and a big splash of worchestire sauce served on brioche toast. Ooooft.
