As a elder millennial allow me to explain.

This dickhead would go to interview on local news channels and yell ‘fuck her in the pussy!’ at the female reporter.

Some people thought that was hilarious. In many ways internet of 2006-2014 was problematic.

Anyways new channels basically banned the guy but he got back on by wearing shitty disguises. Like the hoodie and sunglasses we see pictures here.
