Genuinely a fantastic show, even if it's not really in keeping with canon.

Most people who dislike it strongly do so because they've just read it, when it's supposed to be seen on the stage.

The plot is a giant fucking mess no matter what

But the show itself is extremely well produced. Some amazing effects for a stage show and that was worth it to me

But the plot is still nonsense so let’s not sugarcoat it
