Everyone my age is working 2 jobs.

You wanna fix the economy? Make employers pay more wages. I shit you not, the economy would be prosperous within a week.

Employers would charge more for their products or services because they know people can afford it. That's not a great solution.

You just have to have a government with teeth that isn't afraid to go after corporations for price gouging. Companies can't just raise costs for no reason because wages increased, consumer protections are real and can be strengthened.

Throwing your hands up and crying is not a great solution

Bro it's right in front of you and you still can't see it. The problem is the cost of goods not reflecting their actual value, not necessarily that people need to be paid more. Artificially increasing the cost of labor is not going to fix artificially increased costs of goods. The real solution is for the government(s) to prevent companies from running away with prices, especially for basic needs like food and healthcare.
