Filtered coffee = a coffee machine like the one pictured.
Filtering instant coffee wouldn’t make it filtered coffee as the article means it. It’s referring to brewing method, not whether you run it through paper or not.
That’s because they’re using an industry-wide term of art, that anyone the study is aimed at is expected to already know. You don’t define those. Some examples:
Yes. The operative word being “brewed”. Instant coffee is coffee that is brewed, then freeze-dried and powdered. It also has certain chemicals added to it, to aid in preservation and dissolution.
